The Role:

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for accelerating our sales growth in the utility connections market throughout the North West / South West Yorkshire area.

Your responsibilities will include;


  • Developing a sound TriConnex product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  • Prospecting potential customers and building strong relationships.
  • Managing allocated existing key customers to maximise wallet share.
  • Presenting compelling value add bid proposals to customers.
  • Lead generation and achievement of sales growth within the Midlands territory.
  • Monitoring performance through agreed KPIs
  • Keeping the CRM and sales reporting systems up to date at all times
  • Representing TriConnex at external industry events.
  • Providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Entertaining customers


The Person

This is a key appointment for TriConnex that will contribute significantly to the next phase of the Company’s growth. We are looking for someone with a strong sales background within the utilities or construction sector.

  • Experience working at Senior Business Development Manager level.

  • Excellent sales and closing skills.
  • Confidence to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • The ability to plan and deliver agreed objectives.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive ‘can do’ approach.
  • Good written communication & IT skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
