This role offers an exciting opportunity to plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events that enhance member engagement and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and on-site event support.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and maximise attendance.
  • Evaluate event success through feedback surveys and data analysis, providing recommendations for future improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to events, including attendee lists, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies during events.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably within a membership organisation or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members, partners, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
  • A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
