Admin Assistant - Investments - Covent Garden - Hybrid - £40k max - MUST have corporate PA/Admin background supporting at a senior level - Degree advantageous
A well established, global Investment Firm is currently looking to recruit a confident and professional Admin Assistant to support their dynamic team up to MD Lovel.
Based in great offices overlooking Covent Garden this is a great opportunity to really step up in your career and develop your skills.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and simultaneously demonstrate excellent judgement, professionalism, and customer service.
Your Role
- Anticipate and oversee the schedules and day-to-day requests from the Business Development Team, including Managing Directors.
- Manage calendars and meeting scheduling, phone, and email inquiries, manage all aspects of executive travel including logistics, planning and travel, facilitating onsite events and visitors, assisting with external client events, ad hoc projects, and additional administrative tasks.
- Develop strong working relationships and exhibit strong communication skills with all levels of the organisation.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and administrative team members.
- Manage expense reimbursements, invoicing, new vendor, and contract onboarding.
- Coordinate and contribute to department projects and special assignments.
- Manage workload with a sense of urgency, continually keeping an eye on multiple moving pieces and proactively anticipating needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong academic background
- Administrative experience supporting teams and / or executives in a professional services environment.
- Must be highly organised and extremely detail oriented with a passion for accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Positive disposition and attitude at all times, especially under pressure. Must be polished and able to professionally interface with a variety stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and customer service presence.
- Passionate, creative, and flexible to adapt to changing needs and multiple priorities in a fast paced, high demand environment.
