Caroline Baker Private Office manages the top 1% of wealth, globally. We proudly look after a portfolio of London-based properties of UHNW, global individuals and families along with Personal Assistant support.


We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, dynamic, and adept personality to join the “Property Management and Executive Personal Assistants” department. You will work directly with clients and with the client’s family offices and representatives.


You are extremely conscientious and thorough, exercise good judgement and think on your feet. Experience of event coordination desirable and the ability to juggle and prioritise is paramount. You will be highly personable and able to develop a good rapport with the client.


Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday (40 hrs per week) but with this role at times you will be required to work longer hours when your clients are in London. After this you will be offered time in lieu. This is a truly rewarding role working with a team of like-minded people. In return, we offer flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly team environment at our Chelsea offices.



Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Personal assistant responsibilities for your own portfolio of clients, including organising a wide variety of projects and assignments, private planes, arranging high end private events in Central London, comprehensive travel, complex diary management and itineraries, personal shopping with luxury brands, facilitating ad hoc requests with a fast response time and professional introductions.
  • Monitoring and/or managing emails.
  • Proactively screening and dealing with calls and other correspondence.
  • Responding to any urgent email questions and requests, especially when the Client is travelling.
  • Keeping technology up-to-date and problem solving when necessary .
  • Producing/proof reading correspondence and documents.
  • Maintaining a well organised filing system.
  • Effectively and confidently liaising with staff and other contacts.
  • Ad-hoc project work.
  • Providing general admin.
  • Running ad hoc errands.



Experience and skills required to be considered for this role are:

  • Exceptional spoken/written English.
  • Present as a sophisticated and experienced individual with 2-5 years’ experience working as an Executive Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent IT skills are a must (Microsoft 365 and use of Apple products).
  • Highly personably with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative, use common sense and be resourceful when needed.
  • Incredibly organised and take pride in your work.
  • Demonstrate total discretion, honesty and loyalty.
  • Proven ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement, being aware that you are always representing the family business.
  • Full clean driving licence.


The right candidate will be seeking a long-term position and will have proven longevity working with excellent references from former employers.
