Who we’re looking for

Seat Unique is looking for a dynamic Affiliate Manager who is fueled by energy and has a genuine passion for sports,

music, and live events. The ideal candidate is driven to maximise affiliate relationships and revenue, ensuring an

exceptional experience for our partners within Seat Unique's ecosystem.


We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture

and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ. This in-person

environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant

changes in our industry.


Responsibilities

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be entrusted with developing and managing our affiliate marketing programs, driving traffic and sales through affiliate channels, and building strong relationships with affiliate partners.


Your role will involve:

Developing Affiliate Marketing Strategy: Create and implement strategies to meet company objectives.

Affiliate Growth Plans Creating partner and channel specific marketing plans.

Recruiting New Affiliates: Identify and engage new affiliates through networking, research, and outreach.

Managing Affiliate Programs: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company

policies and optimising performance.

Analysing Performance Data: Evaluate affiliate performance to improve campaigns and ROI.

Collaborating with Marketing Team: Work closely with the team to create promotional materials and

campaigns.

Negotiating Contracts: Establish terms and commission structures with affiliates.

Reporting on Performance: Provide regular updates on affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness.

Staying Updated with Industry Trends: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep the affiliate

program competitive.


Skills & Experience

While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:

● Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in affiliate marketing, preferably in the sports, music, culture, or theatre

events industry.

● Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.

● Strong organisational and time management skills.

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.


Target compensation package:

£40-£50k dependant on experience + quarterly bonus + share options + benefits.

Final offers may differ from the target compensation package, taking factors such as experience level and skill set into consideration.
