The primary focus of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be to shape the overall digital acquisition strategy. This is an exciting time to join the business and this particular role is strategic, commercial, and managerial whilst still hands-on to achieve punchy but attainable targets. The ideal candidate will be extremely competent across:


  • Google Shopping, PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate & CRM Campaigns
  • AdTech and being able to evaluate strengths/weaknesses
  • Audience list activity across channels such as PPC, Meta etc
  • Attribution and how this can be implemented effectively across channels to maximise budget


The role will suit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who has developed their career from a hands-on operational Paid Search type role into a more strategic & well-rounded digital acquisition manager. You will need good knowledge across all acquisition channels and have benefitted from D2C experience managing significant budgets, whether in-house with a client-side retailer or within an agency.


This opportunity is based outside Leeds city centre and is just about walkable from the train station. Easily commutable by car from surrounding areas including Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield, Sheffield, Harrogate, York and other areas across Yorkshire. Easily commutable across Leeds. This role benefits from hybrid and flexible working.
