  • Conduct regular reviews of account performance, identifying areas for improvement and fine-tuning strategies to enhance results.

Campaign Optimisation:

  • Evaluate campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement optimisations to campaigns that improve engagement, conversions, and overall ROI.
  • Use A/B testing and other methodologies to continually test and refine campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee client budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and within financial constraints.
  • Monitor spending and provide clients with data-driven recommendations for reallocating budgets to maximise results.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at building client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage complex, multi-channel campaigns while delivering exceptional results.

You must have:

  • Outstanding Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and confidently present ideas, strategies, and performance insights to clients and internal teams.

  • Exceptional Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver work on time and to a high standard.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset, able to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations to optimise performance.

  • Technical Proficiency (Nice-to-have): Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools, ensuring a high level of technical competency.
