Job Role


As a Partnership Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing key initiatives across our most significant retail partnerships


You will have an holistic view of change across the partner proposition, encompassing, Risk, Finance, CX and any IT impacting change and be able to communicate this affectively to multiple stakeholder levels


You’ll be experienced in delivering complex digital projects, resilient to project pressures, and willing to get into the detail to make things happen.


Key Responsibilities


Project Management and Project Governance

  • Engaging with key stakeholders from across the business to embed the partnership, including our legal, risk & compliance teams
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the 3rd party partner, ensuring they are kept fully engaged and supported through delivery
  • Supporting the product/business owner with senior management engagement, including partnership input into business cases, presentations and EXCO material, working closely with UX and Engineers, to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Liaising with Marketing and PR to develop compelling launch communications, and looking at ways to promote new offering to existing and prospective TSB customers
  • Once live- “owning your key metrics” by iterating experiences to deliver the necessary key outcomes
  • Man manage the project teams or work streams on a day to day basis to ensure required products are produced and delivered as specified/defined via the work packages or work assigned to ensure specific project deliverables are delivered as agreed
  • Liaise with and hold checkpoint meetings with project / work stream team plus clients, partners, third parties and stakeholders, ensuring an effective and professional customer/provider relationship is established and maintained
  • Identify, assess and manage project or work stream risks including contingency planning
  • Prepare status reports, specialist reports and exception reports as necessary
  • Manage interdependencies and interfaces between the various work streams of the proposition
  • Be aware of the impact of other projects and advise any issues, risks or conflicts
  • Be aware of any other projects that BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK are planning or have underway, look at scheduling and advise the business of any changes to the expected delivery dates or any impacts as a result of cross dependencies and interactions


Leadership

  • Lead teams to provide clear direction to said colleagues to understand their role, responsibilities and accountabilities within the project and their value to achieving our business strategic goals
  • Demonstrate excellent man management skills to engage staff working within various departments and sites towards achieving common goal
  • Management of clients and third party providers to ensure overall risks are managed to ensure initiatives deliver as defined and planned
  • Create an environment where colleagues involved in the initiatives are encouraged to suggest continuous improvements and increase productivity
  • Resolve conflicts both internally and externally to ensure the initiatives deliver as defined and planned
  • Raise awareness of the proposition as well as the teams / colleagues involved and promote a proactive, professional and positive image.


Stakeholder Management

  • To identify and assess key stakeholders taking appropriate actions to set and manage expectation
  • Manage key stakeholders and adapt approach and stance in dealing with changing circumstances
  • Good relationship management with clients, as well as projects involving third party partners/party suppliers


Communication

  • Keep abreast of key communications within the BNP Paribas PF UK including BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK strategic initiatives and company briefings
  • Be aware of the various BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK Ways of Working Forums and take part an active part as necessary, in particular taking initiative to support other functions through the business, as well as selling the IT Team
  • Raise awareness of the team and promote and proactive, professional and positive image.
