Head of Reseller Partnerships

Location: Cheshire, UK + travel (2-3 days per week) across the UK and Ireland

The Head of Reseller Partnerships will be responsible for strategic partnerships and driving growth through collaboration with the reseller network. This role is focused on reseller partners, not directly managing a sales team and will involve a mix of new and existing partnerships.



The Role

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Building, managing, and growing relationships with reseller partners to drive sales.
  • Reseller Engagement: Designing and implementing onboarding programs and delivering tailored training for partners to enhance their understanding of our products and solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Supporting resellers to optimise sales performance, including marketing support and strategic guidance.
  • Market Expansion: Identifying and securing new reseller partnerships to broaden our reach and ensure long-term growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to align Indirect Sales strategies with broader business objectives.


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Experience: A strong background in channel sales, with an understanding of reseller networks.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to support and drive partner success through training and strategic collaboration.
  • Technical Awareness: Familiarity with technology products and solutions, including hardware and software integration, such as SaaS
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of managing relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: A proactive and innovative mindset to think outside the box and solve challenges creatively.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel (2-3 days per week) across the UK and Ireland to meet with partners.
