Business Development Manager Opportunity Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities? We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager who will play a critical part in driving our clients growth and success by leveraging your expertise of the digital print to open new markets, build lasting client relationships, and develop innovative strategies for business expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential new markets, applications, and customer needs.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through marketing calls, networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals and pitches to win new business, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms that are favourable to the company while meeting client needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Monitoring Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously update skills and knowledge related to sales techniques, industry trends, and best practices.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to identify potential clients, negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong capacity to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
  • Relevant track record and network of contacts in the print industry.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to leverage market analysis for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Confidence in delivering compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
