We’re looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our sales activities, maximizing revenue and expanding wallet share for our key accounts as our Lead Account Manager You’ll also play a crucial role in driving strategic growth by securing new, high-value accounts. What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Account Expansion: Maximize growth across new disciplines, sectors, and markets.
  • Client Network: Develop and leverage a network of senior client stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
  • Contractor Management: Build strong relationships with contractors to ensure agency preference.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, register, and market top candidates using various platforms and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating sector knowledge.
  • Team Oversight: Oversee the Account Team, ensuring smooth mobilization, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
  • Client Engagement: Support business proposals, follow up on projects, and hold regular client review meetings.
  • Reporting: Produce reports on account activity and performance using internal and client-specific metrics.
  • Budget Management: Manage account deliverables, budgets, and financial objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Direct team activities to achieve KPIs, address performance challenges, and conduct monthly reviews.
  • Motivation and Training: Motivate and improve team effectiveness, monitor compliance, and provide necessary training.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated client or candidate issues and find appropriate resolutions. ️
  • Service Improvements: Drive service improvements to retain contractors and stay competitive.

  • Successful Account Conversion: Proven track record in converting prospects to full trading accounts, maximizing revenues.
