About the role:

  • Maintain the internal administrative systems;
  • Support the team in providing good customer service;
  • Ensure all order information is recorded on time;
  • Support the fulfilment stock control processes;
  • Ensure the customer contact list is up to date;
  • Assist Team Leader with the billing each month;
  • Complete reports for each customer;
  • Provide holiday cover as required;
  • Book parcels and pallets on courier websites; and
  • Any other duties as required for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  • Developing skills and knowledge pertinent to the current job role and beyond;
  • Working with colleagues to continually improve performance; and
  • Supporting necessary changes in the role to take the department and business forward
  • Achieving agreed individual objectives from appraisal and/or those set monthly or quarterly; and
  • Understanding and adhering to all Woodland policies and procedures relevant to the role.

  • You have great communication skills both verbal and written, with great customs knowledge;
  • You are well organised, prioritising and working within key deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • You have the ability to work thoroughly, methodically with an excellent attention to detail;
  • You can work collaboratively with other members of the team as well as key stakeholders across the group;
  • You have the natural ability and enjoy building and maintaining strong working relationships;
  • You excel with a team environment as well as being able to work autonomously when required;
