Role Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Hard FM Business Development Director for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director (Technical Services) the ideal candidate will have established connections and relationships within the Property and FM sector. Whether you’ve worked for recognised FM providers, or smaller independent contractors, your commercial acumen and hunger for new business will be crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new Facilities Management contracts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and target key clients.
  • Align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Develop winning service solutions, articulated through tender returns and client presentations.
  • Lead negotiations for contract terms, pricing, and service levels.
  • Ensure successful deal closures by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
