As we continue to elevate our hospitality and events offerings, we are seeking a talented and driven Events Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales for our growing hospitality side, this is a fantastic opportunity to nurture our existing relationships and look at new opportunities.


The role of Sales Executive will report into our recently acquired Hospitality Manager.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue from game day hospitality packages and other events.
  • Identify and target potential clients, nurturing relationships to secure bookings for corporate events, private parties, and other hospitality services.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to plan and execute game day and non-game day events, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Grow our hospitality events outside of game days taking full advantage of our recently developed stadium.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring elevated levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and hospitality packages through various channels.
  • Liaise with Commercial Manager regarding new leads promoting our other services that we offer.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all sales and event operations comply with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and club policies.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers


Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 years in a sales role within the hospitality or events industry, preferably with experience in sports or entertainment venues. However, this is not essential as someone excellent at acquiring new business with the right attitude we will also consider.


  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational and communication skills.


  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.


  • A willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.


  • A relevant degree or diploma in business, hospitality management, or a related field is desirable, however not mandatory.


  • Excellent relationship building and account management skills.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
