Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the Gaming & Amusement segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, leadership, and strategic planning, along with a deep understanding of the gaming industry landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and enhance market share in the gaming sector.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and product offerings.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team and suggesting adjustments to meet targets.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize organizational effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand awareness and network with potential clients.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- 7+ years of sales experience within the gaming, Amusement or technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
