The Role:

The customer service team are primarily ‘brand ambassadors’ who provide a professional and engaging experience to our clients’ loyal customers.


As a customer service advisor, you are responsible for providing - a quick, effortless, and exceptional customer service experience to our clients’ customers.


The types of queries you will deal with will range from payment issues, billing enquiries, general account queries and technical support.


About you:

You will need to be a fluent German speaker as you will be engaging with German speaking customers.


If you have a personable and engaging personality, we can teach you the rest


Salary:

  • £30,000 p/a basic salary + Benefits


What we are looking for:

  • German fluent speaker.
  • You will have a natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • You will have good listening skills and be intuitive to identify and react to how customers are feeling and be able to respond in a positive and engaging manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent German).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to targets but ensure customer experience is your primary focus.
  • Ability to multi-task and use various systems whilst engaging with customers over the phone, on live chat or over email.


Mandatory DBS and Credit Check Requirements:

  • You must have no unspent criminal convictions.
  • You must have no adverse credit or CCJs.


Working Hours:

  • You will work 5 days out of 7 between Mon and Sun

(We do require full flexibility to work shift rotations)
