We are seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Trade Marketing to lead the Harpar Grace International (HGI) and its global portfolio. This newly created role is pivotal in driving HGI's luxury results driven brand success across all business units aligning with the company’s strategic & ambitious vision.


POSITION SUMMARY


As Head of Trade Marketing, you will develop and implement a commercially driven brand plan for HGI and overseeing a portfolio trade activation plan that integrates seamlessly with HGI’s go-to-market strategy.


Key responsibilities for the role include leading brand development and profile-building initiatives for HGI while directing trade marketing campaigns across all sectors, driven by data-backed insights that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and sales performance. Managing two direct reports, the position also oversees PR, campaign execution, lead generation, e-commerce and sales and marketing strategies and events to achieve business objectives.


The role involves close collaboration with Engagement lead, Brands Manager, Education Manager, Head of Sales & Commercial Director, to ensure strategic alignment and campaign effectiveness.


The ideal candidate is an exceptionally driven individual with a solid background in the aesthetics sector, bringing with them proven expertise in trade marketing, e-commerce, sales strategy, campaign execution, and PR, paired with a talent for driving awareness and achieving measurable results.


MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


HGI Global Brand Management and Positioning


  • Act as the guardian of the Harpar Grace International (HGI) brand, ensuring consistency of image and messaging across all audiences and sectors.
  • Maintain a strong presence for HGI within the industry and trade ecosystem, both online and offline, to support brand positioning and market penetration
  • Oversee all trade-related processes and touchpoints, ensuring best practices and a seamless experience across platforms, services and solutions.
  • Optimise the HGI proposition and service delivery on the brand website, striving to exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Commission case studies, clinical papers, testimonials, and training tools to reinforce HGI’s brand positioning and penetration.

Strategy & Sales management


  • Ownership & development of HGI service & support propositions
  • Develop multi brand HGI led e-commerce ventures to drive commercial gain.


Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution


  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to develop and implement a comprehensive trade marketing strategy, aligned with business goals and marketing KPIs.
  • Plan and deliver an annual calendar of trade activities and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Define key objectives, target segments, audience personas, messaging, channels and tactics for each campaign.
  • Create detailed campaign briefs, timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and lead an award-winning strategy for PR, awards, ambassadors, social media, and advocates, including targeting key opinion leaders (KOLs) within trade sectors.



Content Management


  • Oversee the creation of HGI umbrella marketing assets, including copywriting, design and multimedia content.
  • Lead the planning, design and delivery of engaging social content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, in collaboration with the social media task force.
  • Support the development of a market-leading education program with the training department to highlight the clinical efficacy and authority of HGI’s brand portfolio.
  • Oversee business toolkits to drive sales growth, account development and loyalty.



Performance Analysis


  • Track the HGI brand and trade P&Ls and manage accordingly.
  • Monitor, measure and analyse campaign performance metrics against targets, including KPIs, ROI, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise campaign tactics and targeting
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign results and recommendations.
  • Conduct quarterly temperature checks to measure market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, consumer behaviour and emerging marketing technologies and trend

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA


  • Minimum 4 years proven experience in sales and marketing management.
  • A thorough understanding of trade sales and marketing techniques and approaches
  • Proficiency in campaign management, social media, PR & engagement and lead generation activities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools and CRM
  • Proficient with IT, including CRM systems, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing; industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
