Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Lead to drive supplier-funded marketing strategy for our retail client.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of marketing tactics, including digital and traditional media, as well as experience in brand management and corporate communications.

This role involves overseeing marketing budgets, supplier funding, and financial forecasts, as well as managing campaigns and projects. The successful candidate will be able to lead a team and develop marketing strategies in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Department and Brand Marketing Manager to align supplier activities with the marketing strategy.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, supplier funding, and financial forecasts.
  • Manage campaigns and projects to drive awareness, differentiation, and in-store traffic.

Essential Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a broad range of marketing tactics.
  • Strong background in corporate communications, from ideation to deployment.
  • Proven ability in brand management with a deep understanding of brand positioning and customer targeting.
  • Financial management expertise, including forecasting, budget reconciliation, and billing.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
