What You Can Expect

  • Salary – Up to £29,000
  • Work Type – Permanent


The Customer Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day customer service routines associated with the developments under management. This includes ensuring the highest quality of service, aligned with management contracts, leases, service level agreements, or other relevant standards.


Main Responsibilities as a Customer Specialist

Customer Service

  • Support ongoing customer service processes to ensure tickets, queries, contracts, and risk management tasks are handled efficiently and promptly.
  • Provide front-line support, including Answering phone calls, Responding to emails, Managing postal correspondence.


Contract Management

  • Assist in the management of development-related contracts, ensuring appropriate tendering, implementation, and follow-up of any actions using internal systems.


Risk Management

  • Support the risk management processes for developments by: Ensuring timely updates to internal systems, Closing out actions with full resolution.


Support Tickets and Customer Queries

  • Manage, allocate, and respond to incoming customer and contractor correspondence across multiple communication channels.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Resolving financial queries from customers or contractors.
  • Reviewing and completing legal documentation.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders such as clients, outgoing agents, and internal teams.
  • Ensuring customers are responded to promptly, with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail,
  • Enhancing the customer experience through effective query management and correspondence handling.
  • Updating databases and tracking systems accurately and efficiently.
