Location - Shoreditch (hybrid)


Requirements:


  • 3 to 5 years of expertise in a CRM focused role (preferably within an agency environment)
  • A strong grasp of CRM best practices and fundamentals, and adherence to GDPR regulations.
  • Proficiency in executing email and CRM campaigns throughout the client lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Mailchimp
  • In the field of customer experience, you have developed a growing personal brand. You interact with professionals in the field and add to conversations about thought leadership on social media. You use conferences and training to network with industry contacts and agency partners in addition to learning from speakers.
  • A solid grasp of general marketing channels and ideas, with an emphasis on digital media for customer communications
  • Enthusiasm for customer-first experiences and data-driven marketing
