The Role:

Mr Lemonade is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven candidate to join our expanding team as a Sales & Relationship Manager based in London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the coffee industry and grocery/delicatessen sector, eager to prove themselves in a fast-paced FMCG environment, and ready to take on the challenges of working in a growing, dynamic business.

• Passionate about the coffee industry and grocery/delicatessen products

What You’ll Be Responsible For:


• Maximizing existing relationships and ensuring customers’ sales needs are met within the coffee, grocery, and delicatessen sectors

• Identifying new growth opportunities across London, particularly with coffee shops, delicatessens, and foodservice businesses

• Upselling and cross-selling across Mr Lemonade’s portfolio of coffee brands and premium grocery products to an expanding customer base

• Building and maintaining strong supplier/partner relationships and collaborating with their sales teams to develop new sales opportunities

• Managing a sales pipeline, tracking prospects and leads through to conversion

• Contributing to overall business strategy and identifying potential growth areas within the market


What Skills Do You Need?


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A passion for the coffee and grocery industry

• An undergraduate degree

• Mid-to-advanced experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Full clean driving license

• Experience with CRM systems to report on and analyze your sales performance

• Strategic thinker and able to make decisive decisions under pressure
