This role will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across the business. It involves strategic planning, sales growth, and ensuring that all accounts are receiving the highest level of service and value.


About the role

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all accounts, managing all their concerns, and requests.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
  • Track account performance and provide regular reports on the status.
