Working alongside our sister company, Quilter Cheviot, Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning provides highly personalised and comprehensive financial advice for individuals and families with needs such as significant investments, estate planning and preparing for retirement. An exciting opportunity within the London Client Relationship team of QCFP, a fast-growing company and a strong market leader in the Wealth Management industry. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop within the Financial Planning & Wealth Management industry.

We have a diverse team of 12 Client Relationship team members with vast knowledge and experience. We work alongside the paraplanning team and support 20 Financial Planners. This role is dynamic with the ability to work with a variety of financial products with Quilter and third-party providers.

As the Client Relationship Support, you'll be part of a critical team working within a pod of two to three financial planners and one paraplanner maintaining a high standard of customer service to all of our clients.

The role will involve you supporting the business in integrating new clients from organic growth. In addition, supporting the Financial Planners closely to assist them in servicing clients to a high standard.

You will be responsible for preparing high quality client meeting packs and application forms as per the advice being provided in readiness for client meetings.

You will use appropriate systems and provider platforms to process and submit new business as per the advice being recommended. In addition, you will be required to manage these cases and ensure the advice is implemented correctly whilst also keeping the clients up to date with progress.

The Client Relationship role will require you to communicate with clients consistently and regularly over phone and email to provide updates on their applications and obtain any necessary information required to progress cases. In addition, the ability to handle client queries in a professional and timely manner.

The role will also entail the administration and maintenance of client records in our inhouse system and the management of cash accounts with third party product providers.

Ensure you have a thorough understanding of the Quilter Financial Planning Treat Customers Fairly philosophy and your role within this.

Furthermore, you'll be required to keep your TCF knowledge up to date through the training we provide and use this to process new business accurately within company SLAs.

About You

To succeed in this post, you will need to be highly organised, proactive, and assertive. You should have the ability to manage and prioritise your workload independently and take ownership and responsibility of it.

The nature of the industry and role is one that is fast paced and dynamic. Therefore, we are looking for an individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines, the ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly. You will also possess excellent written skills and high attention to detail.

We are seeking someone who has a positive and professional attitude with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. The candidate should have excellent demonstratable customer service skills.

You will ideally have experience within the financial planning industry to support your understanding of the processes we follow and the products we recommend. Strong IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft packages
