Director - Property Development Finance

-This is a remote role with a well established dynamic Challenger Bank that operates across a number of verticals.

This role sits within their Real Estate Division who have an appetite to lend and support their clients with Investment and Development Finance.

They are looking to bolster their presence across London and the South East, offering flexibility with a great salary/bonus potential.


Purpose and Scope of the Role


The Director will be expected to source, assess, underwrite and take to completion property development loans and work with dedicated support to oversee the management of a portfolio of clients.


To build successful working relationships with external contacts such as brokers, customers, surveyors and solicitors as well as internal teams such as administrators, credit risk and finance to ensure all lending requirements are satisfied.


The Director must ensure that development lending undertaken is done so on a responsible and commercial basis with professional principles which place the client at the heart of its activities.


This role is for an experienced lender within Property Development, you will already have a great network of contacts to support you, good relationship building skills and excellent credit skills within property development.
