Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated EMEA Channel Manager to manage and grow our client's partner ecosystem. The primary focus will be on the UK & Ireland (UKI) and Middle East regions. The role involves managing existing distributors and partners, as well as onboarding new partners via these distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for the UKI and Middle East regions to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors and partners, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners through existing distributors, expanding our client's market presence and driving new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and distributors to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any challenges.
  • Provide training and enablement programs to ensure partners are well-versed in our client's cybersecurity solutions and can effectively promote and sell them.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform channel strategy and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to promote our solutions and strengthen relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management or a related role within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing distributor and partner relationships in the UKI and Middle East regions.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the unique challenges and opportunities within these regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and distributors, attend events, and support regional initiatives.
