Production Coordinator

We are wanting to expand our team into a small production company, and are only accepting candidates who can be full-time and able to do 4 days minimum at our London based office (Fulham).


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project logistics for shoots. (Call sheets, risk assessments)
  • Monitor and manage budgets and financial tracking throughout the production process.
  • Overseeing the safe management and welfare of all productions, in conjunction with health and safety teams
  • Research, curate, and develop relationships with crew and vendors.
  • Assist with the identification and curation of experienced, high-quality production staff and crew.
  • Research and outreach to potential filming locations and studios across the continent.
  • Work with managers on budget reviews and analysis.
  • Assist productions and executives in planning and coordinating travel.
  • Perform any other duties as necessary to support the productions and the department.


Requirements:

  • Experience within Media or the Entertainment Industry (1 - 3 years)
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and administration skills
  • Proactive and forward-thinking; with excellent industry knowledge and ability to use own initiative
  • Positive attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Drive (i.e Docs, Sheets)
  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape including platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter)


Salary:

Annual base salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, based on experience.
