Job Description

Zenith International is looking for a Senior Account Executive to support digital operations and campaign management for two of their leading clients within, luxury hair care, beauty, and Crystals. Multiple channels, numerous brands, global markets; the role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Account Executive to join a high performing team within a centralized digital Hub.

The role will sit within the digital media Hub that has been built to provide a centre of excellence across Social, Search, Commerce, Programmatic and Retail Media for the said clients.

Working closely with the strategy teams across Publicis Groupe, planning teams within Zenith, and our activation hub, PGD LATAM in Colombia and India, the Senior Account Executive is a pivotal role within the Digital Hub structure, liaising and supporting multiple stakeholders to guarantee best in class operations, and optimal channel performance.

  • Support management of Search, Social, eComm and PRG multi-market campaigns.
  • Support client calls, sense check briefings and liaise with local teams if key details are missing and manage this with them.
  • Assign campaigns to channel teams, providing due date and next steps.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics with Impeccable attention-to-detail.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for successful campaign delivery.
  • Able to provide general administrative and financial support.
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of Paid Media areas.
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to challenge the norm, embrace and suggest change where needed.
