We are now recruiting for a Senior Account Executive to join Sciterion.


The role


As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership as the ‘go to’” person for driving your assigned projects, assuming responsibility for their tactical implementation, and making a proactive contribution to supporting your clients with the creation of high-quality output of work.


You will be experienced in the day-to-day support requirements of the client services team, and as you continue to refine your project management skills. Displaying problem-solving capabilities and a high level of accuracy in your work, you will use your knowledge and experience to coach junior team members.


Where required you will feel confident to make decisions, give briefs, and liaise with clients directly, as well as support the direction of the account.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • You'll build an understanding of client/agency relationship to deliver the highest level of client service whilst actively supporting the wider project team with high-priority projects
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, and up to date at all times and that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the brief provided by our clients.
  • Take ownership of the financial administration using project management tools to ensure the accurate inputting of budgets and management of supplier invoices
  • Partner with the production and creative teams to create engaging visual experiences in line with the client's brief


You will bring:


  • Proven experience in client account handling from a comms agency background with a focus on the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors
  • Degree educated in a relevant life sciences discipline
  • Confident communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook
