Senior Account Executive

Salary – c£34,000 + benefits


Albion Rye Associates are working closely with an outstanding communications agency in the search for an experienced and talented Senior Account Executive to join their talented PR team.


Fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on some incredible projects across both pharma and consumer accounts on a variety of therapy areas such as Diabetes, Ophthalmology, Oncology, MedTech & Corporate.


What will I be doing day-to-day?


  • Manage daily client contact, information gathering and briefing the wider team
  • Deliver high quality written content – first drafts of media releases, fact sheets, pitch notes, pitch emails, blog posts, and social media content
  • Pitch to media and create strong relationships as well as create media strategies
  • Play an active part in account activities such as media events, media relations, desk-side briefings, and social media
  • Participation in development of presentations for organic growth and new business opportunities
  • Financial management
  • Provide support to junior members of your team


What do I need to be success?


  • Degree in a scientific discipline
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients is essential, med tech clients highly beneficial
  • Health media experience
  • Project management and account handling experience
