Sales Account Manager

InkarasBio are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding market leader in genetic testing (oncology and women's health).
This dynamic and proactive sales role offers the opportunity to drive growth and innovation across the UK and Ireland, making a real impact on patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with oncologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare stakeholders across the NHS and private sectors.
- Promote and sell innovative oncology solutions, including personalised liquid biopsy tests that enable earlier cancer detection and monitoring, also look into strategies to grow their NIPT and transplant testing portfolios.
- Develop strategic plans for engaging with KOLs and expanding the adoption of advanced molecular diagnostics.
- Participate in leading industry conferences and provide insights on emerging trends in oncology diagnostics.
- Manage and grow the territory’s revenue, with an initial focus on full coverage and a future specialisation in oncology or women’s health diagnostics.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in sales to medical oncologists, with deep knowledge of oncology networks, including KOLs and cancer alliances.
- Experience selling advanced diagnostics such as liquid biopsy or tumour profiling, personalised testing.
- At least 3 years of experience in the oncology dx sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
