As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our Finance tribe, which is at the heart of our company's growth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to make a real impact on our business and accelerate your personal development.

Work within an experienced team, working with world-class treasury and accounting tooling, with transactions in multiple currencies and with our top tier banking partners.

  • Transaction Settlement Execute daily settlements of treasury transactions, including foreign exchange and cash investments, ensuring all trades are processed and settled accurately and on time
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions, along with regular bank reconciliations, swiftly identifying and resolving any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
  • Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all transactions, settlements, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with requirements and internal policies
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the team and participate in implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the business: Connecting with people across the business to support our strategy and goals with opportunities to participate in projects within Treasury and across Finance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a treasury, finance, or similar role. Experience with financial transaction settlement and bank reconciliations is a big plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office products. Familiarity with treasury management systems and ERP’s (like Kyriba and Workday ) is a plus
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively liasing with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team member who can also work independently when needed.

This role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow (but with a willingness to travel between offices if required)
