Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the transformations occurring in Liquidity Risk Reporting (LRR) and Treasury, managing and executing complex changes from start to finish. Additionally, you will be expected to cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across various franchises and functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and comprehending the impacts of changes on essential liquidity metrics.
  • Providing support to LRR and Treasury senior management on Treasury initiatives.
  • Gaining insights into key liquidity metric drivers, offering subject matter expertise and input regarding both wholesale and retail operations.
  • Conducting impact assessments on new changes and communicating your findings to LRR and Treasury senior management.
Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory standards, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will also need to demonstrate skills in people management, process improvement, and systems analysis, with a keen interest in enhancing existing systems and challenging current processes where necessary.

Additionally, you should have:

  • A qualification in accounting, with a proven track record of application in a business context.
  • The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently.
  • A commitment to setting high standards of delivery for yourself.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and the capability to tackle complex, untested challenges while formulating potential solutions.
