Network HR are representing a high touch, global Investment Bank who are seeking a determined and ambitious Reward specialist to join a fast-paced and dynamic Comp team.

This role will see you work closely with the Reward Director on day-to-day work aligned to the high-touch and strategic elements of the EMEA Reward scope as well as BAU day-to-day management which will include but won’t be limited to:

  • The role would suit a candidate who can evidence experience of the annual rem cycles
  • Supporting the Director, Comp and Bens and lead on the data modelling, management planning of comp cycles, regulatory reporting, gender pay / ethnicity reporting and work on the MI reporting with the COO.
  • Project based work may include; new office openings (the reward strategy that underpins this), performance management and incentive plan design
  • Step up into Director role when current incumbent is absent


Candidate background

  • Experience across the full compensation and benefits landscape
  • Extensive experience in working within a dynamic fast-paced environment, under pressure with frequent deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in partnering stakeholders
  • Good attention to detail and must be highly numerate with proven project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong background in Reward Analysis, administering and have a proven record in the provision of related Ml.



This position will see you join a complex, fast paced SME that, is on a positive growth trajectory and will in turn require a strong and proactive Reward specialist
