Your Career

This role offers the opportunity to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and responsive HR administration service that supports the organisation and its employees. You will gain experience in a broad range of HR functions, from employee records management to benefits administration and HR documentation. This role provides a strong foundation for career growth in HR and organisational support.

Your Team

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and other HR team members to ensure seamless HR operations. Collaboration will be key as you contribute to maintaining accurate employee records, managing benefit processes, and addressing employee inquiries. Together, you will create an efficient and supportive environment for all employees.

Your Impact

Your contributions will directly affect the organisation's ability to provide a reliable and efficient HR service. By maintaining accurate records, preparing essential HR documents, and supporting compliance efforts, you will ensure that the HR function operates smoothly.
