About MHR
We are a dynamic organisation seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's employees and ensuring the smooth operation of HR services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the benefits administration process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Analyse data and produce reports to inform business decisions and improve HR services.
- Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance HR services and support the organisation's goals.
- Work closely with the HRBP to resolve employee relations cases and provide support as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure strict security measures are upheld and confidentiality maintained at all times.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Experience in HR administration is highly desirable.
Estimated Salary:$67,500 - $87,500 per annum
