Hours 37.5 Monday to Friday 9-5 / 8-4

Duration: 12 Month fixed term contract - the possibility of going permanent

Location: NG11 Ruddington - Accessible by 1 bus journey from Nottingham city centre

Hybrid working 3 days office based / 2 days working from home

Salary £26,000

Are you a confident individual with Administrative experience? Have you ever had an interest in the world of HR/ People services? If so, then this role may be for you.

Working closely with the People services manager of a well-known Opticians you will be involved in the day-to-day back office cycle of HR and Recruitment.

What you can expect day to day:

- Create and issue contracts of employment, changes to terms and conditions of employment and other employment-related letters/administration accurately.
- Support the HR Business Partner Team as required via administration/coordination/low-level advisory of employment processes and policy guidelines.
- Ensure all internal and external post is processed in a timely manner.
- Scanning, filing and maintaining colleague records.
