As a Technical Manager for this organisation, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overall day-to-day management of site functions, pulling multiple teams together to ensure on time, on budget delivery of products and systems.
- Ensuring that all teams have the resources they need to perform.
- Continuously improving processes, systems and culture within a targeted environment.
- Feeding back to Senior Management.
- Accountability for site safety, man management, quality, volume of production and cost.
- Any other projects and duties as required.
To be considered for this exciting leadership role you will have/be:
- Significant, solid, and relevant experience within Engineering.
- A demonstrable track record in improving efficiency.
- The ability to communicate at all levels.
- A calm, confident approach to leadership.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Experience working across multiple functions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Examples of improvements you have made operationally.
- Able to demonstrate handling multiple projects at once.
