Accounts Administrator Part-Time Trimprint is family-run manufacturing and retail company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organised part-time Accounts Administrator to join our busy team. Based in Armagh, Trimprint has been a trusted provider of printing services across the UK and Ireland for years and also operates a high street stationery and office supplies retail shop. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage financial transactions using Sage 50 Accounts Handle VAT knowledgeably and accurately Perform credit control for supplier invoices and client accounts Manage general administrative tasks related to finance and office operations Deliver a professional and friendly experience over the phone Ensure high accuracy in financial data entry Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills Essential Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Hours Approx. 23 hours per week over 3 days (no weekend work required) Opportunity for additional hours if the candidate has social media skills and experience
