The role:
As the Senior Customer & Revenue Analyst, you’ll be a pivotal member of the award-winning team, driving data-led insights to maximise customer satisfaction, optimise revenue, and shape the company’s growth strategy. In this role, you will:
- Deliver analytics across Consumer Lending, Customer Operations, and Sales
- Lead one data analyst in their analysis to improve efficiencies and customer outcomes
- Develop proactive and actionable insights into consumer lending and revenue optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet reporting needs and inform strategic decision-making
About you:
We’re looking for a proactive and agile data expert who is passionate about leveraging data for business impact. You’ll need:
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Data Analyst with a strong track record in consumer lending, finance, or revenue analytics
- Advanced skills in data analysis, including Python and SQL
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Ideally Power BI)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Solid understanding of statistics and research methodologies to support insights
Bonus points if you have experience in managing or mentoring analysts.
