Strategic Regional Sales Manager - Pumps - UK

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our pump products within the region, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and objectives.


Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the UK&I region.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
  5. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking within the region.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  7. Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain a deep understanding of our pump products and technologies, providing product training and support to sales team members and customers as needed.
  8. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
