What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.workingtogether with yourteamyoulldrive revenue at every opportunity ensuringall team members have had thecorrecttraining to upsellandexplain promotions to our guests.

Is thistherole for me?

Previousexperience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
A good knowledge on wines and spirits
Excellent team motivator and team builder

Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel is located on the outskirts of Gloucester and is also close to Cheltenham. Our hotel is a 4*, 122-bedroom property and has the Hardys restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge and a garden terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
