We are currently looking for a Replenishment Manager to become a vital part of our store team.

This is a full-time position, and flexibility in your working hours will be crucial. The role will involve various shifts, including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and nights.

Role Overview

As a Replenishment Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, stock levels, and inventory control are maintained to uphold the highest standards for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training team members and leading the replenishment shift to achieve top standards.
  • Ensuring efficient processing of deliveries.
  • Supporting the execution of promotional seasonal activities.
  • Implementing processes that guarantee compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Maintaining a presentable store with full availability and excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
