Security Door Supervisor Position
We are seeking experienced and reliable Security Door Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure environment for patrons and staff by enforcing venue policies and regulations.
- Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring the smooth flow of people and preventing unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, de-escalating situations effectively and maintaining order.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons courteously and assisting with inquiries.
- Collaborate with management and other security personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or security industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound judgments under pressure.
- A commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
Desirable Skills:
- SIA Security License.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience with CCTV systems and other security equipment.
