We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Paid Ads Manager to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will manage client accounts, assign tasks to team members, generate reports, and ensure we are meeting client goals. The ideal candidate is hungry, willing to learn, and has excellent project management skills. While a background in paid advertising is beneficial, it does not need to be advanced as training will be provided. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, conduct competitor analysis, and provide clients with regular updates and insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring their advertising goals are achieved effectively.
  • Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on project needs and priorities, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and oversee that paid ad campaigns are being optimized, ensuring key performance metrics are met.
  • Reporting: Generate and bi monthly and monthly performance reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of paid advertising.
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms is beneficial, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • A proactive and hungry mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
