Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Ads Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop effective advertising strategies.


Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, and shopping ads.

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored advertising strategies to meet those objectives.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns.

- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

- Ad Creation and Testing: Develop compelling ad copy and creative, conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective messaging and formats.

- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.

- Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and Google Ads.


Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.

- Google Certification: Google Ads certification is required.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement strategies to overcome challenges.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
