Our client, a multi-award-winning marketing agency working with businesses across the UK and Europe, is looking for a Strategic Insights Lead to elevate their strategic offering.


As a Strategic Insights Lead, you will collaborate with a passionate team to provide in-depth analysis of digital marketing trends, supporting the development and execution of strategies that drive client engagement and growth. Working closely with the Account Management and Commercial teams, you will conduct market research, analyse data, and translate client business goals into actionable, strategic plans.


In this role, you will help the Account Management team craft clear digital strategies and build strategic roadmaps that align with clients' objectives. You'll be responsible for creating business review collateral, identifying opportunities for cross-channel collaboration, and proactively seeking growth prospects across various industries. Additionally, you will support the creation of proposals for current and potential clients, stay updated on digital and market trends, and ensure account teams are armed with the latest industry insights to drive client success.


What Experience You’ll Need


  • Experience in strategizing and marketing campaigns and digital strategies for clients, ideally with an agency environment
  • Keen interest in marketing research and the ability to view challenges from multiple angles.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Wincher, and Google Search Console (Google Analytics and Google Ads certified Desierable)
  • Proven organizational skills, allowing you to plan and present detailed proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Proven track record in managing client requirements, including planning and managing multi-disciplinary campaigns.
  • Experience in creating sales collateral and attending pitch meetings.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
