Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the Asset & Localisation Supervisor supporting the creative and marketing teams across EMEA.
- To manage and track assets across campaigns.
- To prepare production/project schedules (inputs/ updates to management systems e.g., Airtable).
- Be the point person for all Disney+ assets and localisation requests - UK/Regional and with US.
- To provide delivery of all EMEA assets for in and off service assets as required.
- To manage asset distribution (via DAM), and maintain accurate records, and develop the database to improve flow of communication and delivery to EMEA and global teams. Ensure source material is suitable for local market adaptation.
- End to end coordination of all in-service and off-service AV and design marketing assets as needed.
- Establish and maintain process and ensure regular updates from EMEA markets on their delivery of assets into DisneyBox & or Asset Management platform (AEM).
- Able to familiarise themselves with multiple content repositories and platforms (DAMS).
- Responsible for liaising with various teams and stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines.
- To manage and publish marketing bulletin to EMEA teams featuring content deliveries, status and admin updates.
- Maintaining asset management accounts for staff and external users.
- Coordinating approvals with Global team for static assets for use in service.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years' experience working in Media/Entertainment industry in asset management capacity.
- Experience in working with similar brands.
- Experience in working with EMEA and Global markets.
- Solid understanding of different video, audio, and print formats.
- Experience working directly with executive level stakeholders.
- Proven experience of working with multi territory teams.
- Solid experience in post-production and broadcast media environment.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop an advantage.
