SUMMARY:
ALIGNE is seeking an experienced and talented Creative Lead to join our dynamic, London-based team. This pivotal role will oversee the content strategy, ensuring our visual brand story is beautifully brought to life across all channels and execute the creative strategy & ideation. You will lead a talented team, managing the Graphic Design team, Senior Social Media Executive, and Brand & Content Assistant, taking ownership of executing all bi-monthly E-commerce and seasonal campaign shoots.
REPORTS TO: Head of Brand & PR
THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement the creative content strategy and ideation from the Head of Brand & PR, ensuring it aligns with ALIGNE’s overall marketing objectives.
- Ensure all content is on-brand regarding look, tone, and feel.
- Oversee creative content calendars, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure an integrated brand narrative across all touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor the Graphic Design team, Senior Social Media Executive, and Brand & PR Assistant, ensuring high-quality output and continuous professional development.
- Lead the planning and execution of bi-monthly E-commerce shoots & social shoots, handling all aspects from pre-production to post-production.
- Manage budgets, book talent, organise casting, and liaise with photographers and stylists to deliver engaging content that drives sales and embodies the ALIGNE brand.
- Spearhead the production of seasonal campaign shoots, executing the creative ideation from the Head of Brand & PR.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches and key marketing initiatives.
- Manage post-production workflows, ensuring assets are edited and distributed efficiently across platforms.
- Oversee all brand creative on our content channels (social media, website, email) to maintain consistency and on-brand.
- Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Executive to develop social strategies that drive growth and community engagement.
- Act as the brand guardian, maintaining and evolving ALIGNE’s tone and visual identity across all content.
- Regularly review and update brand guidelines to reflect evolving trends and brand positioning.
THE PERSON:
- 5+ years of experience in a content management role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire a creative team.
- Proven experience managing large-scale content production shoots.
- Proficient in content creation tools, project management software, and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Budget management experience and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Solid network of industry contacts and collaborators.
- A creative eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
- A self-starter who is proactive and solution-oriented.
- Passionate about sustainable fashion and committed to ALIGNE’s ethos.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure.
