We are currently looking for a passionate Corporate Sales Manager - Multi-property, to join our Sales & Marketingteam on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Corporate Sales Manager - Multi-property, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Account manage allocated portfolio of accounts, undertaking complete account management responsibilities for maintaining, servicing and developing the account, growing revenue and tracking production.
To increase the volume of transient business levels from the UK and overseas clients by targeting new business from potential clients.
Identifying leads for new business and measure results and seek opportunities to generate incremental revenue and measure results.
To pro-actively work with the hotels appointed representation company in order to generate lead opportunities and sales.
To undertake competitor analysis, paying particular attention to product standardsand pricing policy, and to share this information and use it to exploit client opportunities.
Liaise with relevant departments across allocated propertiesensuring pricing strategy is in-line with business demands and budgets
We are looking for:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a sales role, ideally in hospitality
- Ability to use own initiative and effectively manage workload
- Excellent communication, project management skills, with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
