RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking weekly accounting returns from each catering site
  • Acting as a point of contact for unit managers
  • Answering employee queries by email and on the telephone
  • Liaising with catering managers to improve the standard of bookwork
  • To provide feedback on errors and improve working methods
  • Admin duties including opening the post / filing / answering the phone
  • Ad hoc duties

LOCATION

The role is based in Accents head office in Staines-upon-Thames

QUALIFICATIONS and ATTRIBUTES

The ideal candidate will have experience in an Accounts department and/or experience in an Administration role.

    • Basic understanding of accounts and excellent administration skills
    • Proficient IT skills Word & Excel to intermediate level
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Ability to clearly communicate data / variances etc to clients and the operations teams
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
    • Organised, confident and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and a desire to get things right
    • Ability to build strong and productive relationships with employees and managers throughout the business
    • Professional attitude and a calm manner

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary £25K - £27K per annum plus bonus

Holiday 25 days p.a. plus bank holidays

Pension 4% employer contribution / 4% employee contribution

Life Assurance Salary x4

HOURS

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
